Apart from that, poverty, the high education cost, and limited access to education in rural areas are the main goals of Tangan Pengharapan to establish Boarding Schools in 10 locations throughout Indonesia. Boarding School children are outstanding children from underprivileged or orphaned families who will receive scholarships from Junior High School to University. Rural teachers and the central education team choose children with good traits and leadership spirit from various Tangan Pengharapan Feeding & Learning Centers throughout Indonesia.

Tangan Pengharapan continually educates boarding school children with the truth values, preparing them to become capable leaders, trained in various skills, and designed to take entrance exams and get full scholarships at tertiary institutions. After graduating from tertiary institutions, they will return to their respective areas to bring progress and prosperity to their regions.
